Global Warming, Climate Change and Renewable Energy Websites Launched
Bruce Marler announces two websites concerning Climate Change, Renewable Energy, and Global Warming. Site launches to serve a reader base yearning for timely knowledge concerning environmental issues.
From PRWEB/Sept. 10, 2008 – The planet is in peril because of decades of abusive governmental practices and the pursuit of oil. Fossil fuels have been converted, and continue to be, in order to feed the insatiable public demand for electricity and transportation fuels. The war in the Middle East rages onward and prices at the pumps, already sky-high, continue to jet upwards. Proactive change is needed more than ever; people must take on the responsibility to protect and conserve our natural resources.
Bruce Marler created climatechange.me because he understands that it is up to each of us to take the action that world governments have continually failed to. “
We all have a part to play in the preservation of our planet.” says Marler. “It can’t just take care of itself and the governments are too much led by greed and corruption. I created the site to encourage awareness and bring these important issues to the forefront of attention.”
A self proclaimed renewable energy expert and activist – Marler has also created renewableenergy.me for the sole purpose of increasing worldwide awareness about the devastating effects of fossil fuel dependence.
“We have to wake up and demand changes from our world governments. We have destroyed this planet for far too long and now we have to fix it,” says Marler.
Unless we increase our educational levels about renewable energy, we stand no chance to change governmental policies. These stories rarely make the front page – and that’s very intentional, and very wrong.
His new website includes stories concerning the usage and provision of renewable energy sources including solar, hydro, wind, biomass and related content. Renewable energy sources currently provide less than 20% of the energy consumption in the US.
“We all have to work to increase that number,” states Marler. “The Sun, oceans and air currents provide so much more energy than could ever be used – if we would only invest the resources to harness their unlimited, clean power.” It’s difficult to argue with the logic there, especially when we all see how much money is just thrown away battling to control dirty, environmentally-crippling fossil fuels like oil.
